I've been following The Sims ever since the beginning when it first came out. I was so giddy when I found out about the third one. So I gathered up my money and bought it at Game Stop. A few days later, I sat down for the exciting task of installing and finally playing it. But alas, because of the new DVD-ROM format I can't play it. =[ With enough tinkering and reading I found out my DVD-ROM was the problem. I thought it was just out-of-date software but then found out it wasn't reading any disks at all. To replace it would be around $100. Screw that. I'm broke enough as it is.

So disappointing though. As much as I love being out with friends, drinking dancing etc., I just wanted to stay home in my pajamas and be nerdy for awhile. =[

i have a quick question hopefully u can help me. i redid a photo i tooj today in photoshop. i saved it and i want to put it on DA. i tried uploading but it just has the spinning wheel thing saying uploading... nothing uploads. am i doing something wrong?

Well it might be the format. Make sure you're saving it ina format that is compitable. Plus, the size of the picture (if extremely large) could be slowing it down to that level. Try resizing it. :] If that doesn't work.. just keep messing with different settings. Practice makes perfect.
